The first step in the evaluation process is to plan the evaluation and define the object and context of the evaluation. This involves engaging with the decisionmakers, via stakeholder mapping and workshop for example to identify with them the gaps and needsrequired to frame the evaluation plan.
The second step is to implement the evaluation itself (Description of the object under evaluation and Analysis to address the evaluation question).
The last step is to report on the evaluation: the reporting step is essential to ensure that the results will be taken over by the relevant stakeholders or the decisionmakers. The initial requirements of the evaluation should be answered along with accessibility of the results to non scientific audience and the provision of meaningful recommandations.
